Welcome to Willow Gateaux. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services for ordering cakes and other baked goods online.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders must be placed at least 1 or 2 days in advance, depending on the product.

Selected items are available for same-day orders, subject to availability. Same-day orders must be placed before 1pm.

Full payment is required upon ordering to confirm your orders.

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

We accept payments via FPX bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.

We offer delivery within 20 km radium from our location. A delivery fee will apply and is calculated at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified time. Re-delivery charges may apply if no one is present.

Our cakes are handmade and may vary slightly in design and color from images shown on the website.

Allergen Information: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as eggs, dairy, nuts, wheat, and soy. Please contact us if you have specific allergy concerns as we can custom make your cake according to your dietary. 

Most of the cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days of collection or delivery for best quality.

We are not liable for any damage to cakes once they have been collected or delivered.

While we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction, we are not responsible for:

Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damage to products after delivery/pickup.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
