Delivery Fee

At Willow Gateaux, we offer delivery services to ensure your cakes and treats reach you fresh and on time. Our delivery fees are calculated based on your postcode to provide a fair and transparent rate for each order.

How It Works

  • Simply enter your postcode at checkout, and the delivery fee will be automatically calculated.
  • Our delivery zones cover within 15 km from our shop location.
  • Delivery is available for both personal and special event orders.

Standard Delivery Hours

  • Monday to Sunday 
  • Closed on Tuesday
  • Delivery time range: 

           1 PM – 3 PM

           3 PM – 5 PM

           7 PM – 9 PM

 

We are closed on Tuesdays.

Same-Day / Urgent Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for selected items and postcodes, subject to availability and a surcharge. Please contact us directly for urgent requests.

Prefer to collect your order yourself? No problem!

  • Pickup is available from our store at: 

          74, Jalan Rukun 4, Taman Continental, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.

  • Kindly select the self-pickup option at checkout and follow the instructions provided.
